  15. In response to your request for recipes with Colby cheese, we ONLY use
  16. Colby cheese when we make nachos.  Easy recipe:  heat up some refried
  17. beans (so they get mushy and spreadable); spread nacho chips out onto a
  18. cookie sheet (we actually use a pizza pan, covered with foil -- makes
  19. cleaning up a lot easier); spread refried beans on top of the chips;
  20. spread grated Colby cheese on top of the beans; sprinkle jalapeno
  21. peppers on top of the cheese; broil until the cheese melts and it looks
  22. like the chips are just starting to brown.
